Readings and Connections

Last week I had the good fortune of performing in the first ever reading of Geoffrey Hillback's play, Romeo and Juliet PS. I played the fun role of the Receptionist in the afterlife waiting room where all the dead characters from Romeo and Juliet show up right after they've died. It was hilarious and I look forward to seeing how the play will develop!

Tomorrow I am performing in a staged reading in DreamCatcher Entertainments's Talent on Tap: Draught night. The play is The Seven Lessons of Life by Adrian Morales. More info on that here.

Interesting connection between these two readings: Both of them came from connections I made while working on The Management's Your Boyfriend May Be Imaginary last year. Geoffrey was a fellow actor, and Kelly Feustel (aka Kelly Ruth Cole), who was my connection to DCE, was Boyfriend's  stage manager. And of course I got involved with The Management through my Cornish connections. So it all comes back to the connections made in college!
